Somerset-based marketing agency Plum Communications & PR is celebrating the renewal of a major marketing contract with client Spectrum Housing Group effective from 1 April 2016.
The original three-year contract was awarded to Plum in accordance with the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) procurement process in March 2012, and the contract renewal follows Plum’s delivery of a range of resident and business communications activities for Spectrum.
Since then Plum has handled the creation and design of the housing association groups’ publications including annual reports, residents’ and business newsletters as well as the production of press releases and provision of photography and videography services. In the redefined contract Plum will continue to deliver graphic design, images and copywriting for the production of the groups’ annual reports and will continue to design Spectrum’s quarterly residents’ magazine, One Voice.
Rebecca Barnes, Spectrum’s Head of Communications said:
“Plum has given us an excellent and flexible service over the last four years. They are an extremely capable and experienced agency with significant experience in the housing sector which means they really understand our residents. We look forward to continuing to work with Plum.”
Karen Morledge, Director of Plum Communications & PR added:
“We are delighted to have been reappointed. Spectrum are a fantastic client and this contract renewal will enable us to confidently push forward with our continued growth plans throughout the coming 12 months, which includes the hiring of new staff. We will continue to do all we can to support residents and stakeholders with clear and engaging delivery of important information. We remain committed and determined to deliver ever stronger work for the organisation alongside the range of other clients in our portfolio.”
